A-Series Linear Actuator | Type N | Tubular Design

In Type N (tubular design), the R version (rotating spindle) is enhanced with a protected shaft and thrust tube assembly. This additional design reliably protects the mechanical components from external influences such as moisture, dirt, and other media, while also increasing the unit’s durability and operational reliability—especially under demanding environmental conditions.

The complete enclosure of the moving parts creates a sealed design that effectively prevents the ingress of foreign particles and enables clean, low-maintenance operation. This design is particularly suitable for applications with high requirements for hygiene, protection, and environmental resistance—for example, in food processing, outdoor use (optionally with an additional coat of paint), or in industrial facilities requiring extensive cleaning.
