Type VP

The R series (rotating spindle) is available with either a trapezoidal threaded spindle or a high-precision ball screw. The trapezoidal threaded spindle offers the advantage of self-locking, which generally allows loads to be held securely in position without an additional brake. This is a decisive advantage, particularly in applications with high requirements for safety and holding force when stationary.

Alternatively, a ball screw is available, which is characterized by higher efficiency. It enables more efficient power transmission while reducing friction and is therefore particularly suitable for applications requiring high dynamics and precise positioning. The standard configuration also includes a drive shaft that ensures power transmission from the motor to the screw. It is designed to be compatible with various motor types, offering the user maximum flexibility in selecting the drive—for example, with stepper or servo motors, as well as other common industrial motors. The design allows for easy integration into existing systems and supports a wide range of application scenarios.
