The NEFF A-Series linear drive is a flexible and powerful solution for linear drive applications in mechanical engineering. It is suitable for both single applications and synchronized multiple drives, enabling the reliable execution of demanding motion tasks. With seven available sizes and an extensive range of accessories, the direct-drive spindle can be optimally adapted to customer-specific requirements.

The fully enclosed housing unit is equipped with robust axial and radial bearings and ensures low-maintenance, long-lasting operation thanks to permanent lubrication. Integrated pivot pins and swivel brackets allow for easy conversion to a swivel configuration if needed. In the basic configuration, the drive features a self-locking trapezoidal-threaded spindle with a running nut, as well as a drive shaft for mounting a suitable motor. The tubular construction complements this basic configuration with a corrosion-protected shaft and thrust tube solution, thereby ensuring a fully enclosed design. Motor bells, couplings, and mounting flanges are available for connecting various drive concepts, allowing both gearmotors and bevel gearboxes to be easily integrated. As an option, the direct spindle drive is also available with a ball screw and corresponding nut instead of the trapezoidal threaded screw.
